Questions that turn a pitch into a care plan

There is no prize for asking everything at once. Start with the name behind each decision, then fill in the plan around it.

A magnifying glass reveals a check mark on a record card.
A polished page is not proof. A licence record is.
The short list

Ask these before saying yes

The aim is not to catch someone out. It is to learn whether the offer can stand up to normal, calm questions.

  • What is the exact ingredient, brand and form?
  • Is this a product approved by the Food and Drug Administration, or FDA, or a medicine made to order by a pharmacy?
  • What health problem is the prescriber treating?
  • What is the medical professional’s full name, role, state and licence number?
  • Which pharmacy makes and sends the medicine?
  • Who answers questions after the visit?
  • What is the full cost before refills and tests?
  • What happens if the plan is not helping?
If the answer is vague

Ask once more in smaller words

Try: “What name will be printed on the medicine label?” Then ask: “Where can I check that pharmacy’s licence?”

If a provider will not name the pharmacy, that leaves a basic part of the care chain hidden.
